Listen First is new, so the first 10 people who book a first visit become founding clients. This stays open until 10 places are filled. There is no end date. If a first visit is cancelled or refunded, that place opens again.
A founding place stays yours as long as you book at least once every 60 days.
Everyone starts with a $5 first visit and a $15 second visit. After that, regular sessions are $60.

How booking works
- Pick your step — a $5 first visit or a $60 regular session — and a time at cal.com/lfdave. Sessions are Tuesday–Thursday evenings, 6–8pm Central; the booking page shows times in your own time zone. Please book at least 24 hours ahead. The $15 second visit is booked through a private link I email you within 24 hours of booking your first visit. Founding-rate sessions are booked through private links too.
- Pay securely when you book (checkout through Stripe). Your statement will show LISTEN FIRST.
- You'll get a confirmation email and a reminder before your session.
- Join by phone or video at your scheduled time.
- We end on time. Booking again is up to you — no pressure.

What is the founding rate?
The first 10 people who book a first visit become founding clients. It stays open until all 10 places are filled, with no end date, and a cancelled or refunded first visit opens the place again. A founding place stays yours as long as you book at least once every 60 days. If a founding place lapses, your remaining months at $25 are paused while you're away. If a founding place is still open when you come back, you can rejoin and those months pick up again from your next booking. If all 10 places have been filled in the meantime, regular rates apply. Everyone pays $5 for the first visit and $15 for the second visit. After that, regular sessions are $60. Conversations may touch hard topics. That doesn't turn a session into clinical care. If it becomes clear you need a licensed clinician or other specialist, I'll encourage you to seek that care.
What it isn't
This is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatry, coaching, crisis intervention, or medical care. No diagnosis, treatment plan, or clinical outcome is offered or implied.
Recording: sessions are not recorded.
Privacy
- I ask only for what's needed to book and contact you.
- Your information is handled with care. I don't claim absolute confidentiality or legal privilege.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Listen First never sees or stores your full card number.
- Please don't send health records or other sensitive details through the booking form.

Cancel or reschedule
- Please give at least 24 hours' notice, using the link in your confirmation email or by writing to listenfirst26@gmail.com.
- One late cancel is forgiven per person. After that, late cancels and no-shows aren't refunded.
